Digi-Set (D.O.B.) from Littelfuse utilizes surface mount technology, consists of a dual array of gold plated thick film resistors, and a surface-mounted silicon diode. It is intended for use with surface mount ICs to prevent overvoltage when power is turned on or off. Digi-Set also protects against damage due to improper insertion of electrolytic capacitors in reverse polarity.
