Shipping

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy":

• We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.
• To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping in the continental United States on all orders over $999*.  Please know that there are some exceptions to this policy for some heavy items.  You'll be contacted if your order has items that are part of this exception.
• If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged.
• Undercommit; overdeliver.
• Our standard shipping for $12.99 can take up to 21 days to arrive.  Please be patient.  Also, some larger items cannot ship via our standard shipping and someone from our office will contact you if a change of shipping method is required for your order.

* Free shipping applies to the continental US and weighing less than 50 lbs.
