PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 60 days after the delivery date. If 60 days have gone by since the order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

Exceptions to the 25% restocking fee are products damaged in transit by carrier or have been deemed defective within the manufacturer warranty period. Under these circumstances, the items will be subject to inspection and may result in a longer waiting period before credit status is determined. Damage claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot assist with a damage claim.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must be in the original packaging.

Returns with crushed, torn, stained, and/or marked original product boxes, or returns shipped without the use of a shipping box protecting the manufacturers product box are not accepted. A broken manufacturer or product seal on the original product box will not be accepted.

If the return falls under any of the criteria listed above (even if the product is unused or uninstalled) unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, as the part is no longer in original condition for resale.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

WARRANTY RETURNS

If you believe your product to be defective and under manufacturer warranty outside of the 60 day limit, please contact our office at 847-773-1023 or cs@midwestsupplyus.com.

Midwest Supply will provide a shipping label for return of the defective item.

The item will be inspected by the manufacturer, wherein the manufacturer will deem if the item receives credit.

Warranty returns may result in credit only against the original order.

Midwest Supply will not ship advance replacement parts at no charge.

If a manufacturer will not honor the same cost to us as part of their policy, customer is responsible for purchasing a replacement as a new order at current sell price.

CLAIMS ON RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS

Any claims on damaged products need to be made within 10 days of small parcel delivery. We are unable to assist if 10 days have passed since your product has been noted as delivered.

Claims on damaged items received by LTL FREIGHT delivery must be noted to the carrier at time of delivery on the receipt. If delivery is signed for, customer accepts delivery-as is.

CLAIMS ON NON-RECEIPT OF GOODS

Any claims on non-receipt of goods need to be made within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to assist if 30 days have passed since your product has been noted as delivered.

EXEMPTIONS:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Dampers
  • Tanks
  • Larger sized plastic goods
  • Customized parts (items that are not regularly available for purchase on our website)
  • Special request parts (outside of dealer network)
  • Items marked as non-returnable on our website
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (requires special approval)
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase date (requires special approval)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
