Bray NYL2-C120/70-0501 2 Way Butterfly Valve, 12 Inch, 120V Non Spring Return Actuator.

Resilient seated butterfly valve model NYL2-C120 features:
- 12 inch.
- 300 mm.

- 175 PSI close-off.

- 90 degree 8077 Cv.
- 60 degree 2563 Cv.
- 2-way flow.

- Normally closed.

- For use with hot water, chilled water, condenser water, up to 50% glycol solutions.

- Cast iron body.

- Nylon coated ductile iron disc with optional aluminum bronze disc.

- EPDM peroxide cured seat.

- 416 stainless steel stem.

Factory installed actuator model 70-0501 features:

- 120 VAC.

- On/Off.

- NEMA type 4, 4x and IP65 enclosure.

- High visibility beacon position indicator.

- Manual declutchable override hand wheel, pull to engage, push to disengage.

- Auxiliary switch.

- ASTM B85 pressure die cast aluminum housing with polyester powder coat.

Bray’s NY and AB series commercial resilient seated butterfly valves set the design standard for quality, reliability and long life in a wide variety of HVAC applications. Specifically designed for automated applications on chilled water, hot water and condenser water, all NY and AB series automated butterfly valves are 100% factory tested for bubble-tight shutoff and low seating/unseating torque.

NY, AB and SS Series valves are available in 2-way configurations to 30" and 3-way configurations to 20”. Actuators include industrial electric, commercial electric, high pressure pneumatic and low pressure pneumatic in both spring return and non spring return variations for on/off and modulating control applications. Differential pressure ratings are available for high close-off (up to 175 PSI) and low close-off (50 PSI) requirements.

Bray Series 70 industrial actuators have become the industry standard in the Commercial HVAC industry due to it’s compact, reliable design that mounts directly to Bray’s industry leading butterfly and industrial ball valves without the need for brackets and linkages. Available in torque outputs from 600 to 18,000 lb.-in. (68 to 2033 NM), 24V and 120VAC, On/Off and Modulating units all in NEMA 4x and IP65 rated housings.
