Bray NYL2-C041/DS24-180 2 Way Butterfly Valve, 4 Inch, 24 VAC / VDC Spring Return Actuator.

Resilient seated butterfly valve model NYL2-C041 features:
- 4 inch.
- 100 mm.

- 50 PSI close-off.

- 90 degree 841 Cv.
- 60 degree 274 Cv.
- 2-way flow.

- Normally closed.

- For use with hot water, chilled water, condenser water, up to 50% glycol solutions.

- Cast iron body.

- Nylon coated ductile iron disc with optional aluminum bronze disc.

- EPDM peroxide cured seat.

- 416 stainless steel stem.

Factory installed actuator model DS24-180 features:
- Spring return.
- 24 VAC or 24 VDC.
- On/Off.

- Electric stall detection.

- 3/8 inch conduit connection.

- Standard cable.

- Hex head screw manual override.

- Standard NEMA 2, IP54 enclosure.

Specifically designed for automated applications on chilled water, hot water and condenser water, all NY and AB series automated butterfly valves are 100% factory tested for bubble-tight shutoff and low seating/unseating torque.

NY, AB and SS Series valves are available in 2-way configurations to 30" and 3-way configurations to 20”. Actuators include industrial electric, commercial electric, high pressure pneumatic and low pressure pneumatic in both spring return and non spring return variations for on/off and modulating control applications. Differential pressure ratings are available for high close-off (up to 175 PSI) and low close-off (50 PSI) requirements.
