MVF461H15-1.5 Solenoid Valve by Siemens Building Technology The Siemens MVF461H15-1.5 solenoid valve is a 1/2-inch solenoid valve designed for steam applications with a Cv of 1.8. This valve is made of brass and has a maximum pressure of 150 psi. It is also suitable for use with water, air, and other gases. The MVF461H15-1.5 is a normally closed valve, which means that it is closed when there is no power applied to the solenoid. When power is applied, the solenoid opens the valve, allowing fluid to flow through. This valve has a manual override, which allows it to be opened or closed manually in the event of a power failure.
