It has a maximum continuous use temperature of 1260°C (2300°F) and can withstand temperatures up to 1650°C (3000°F) for short periods. Cerafelt insulation is non-combustible, chemically inert, and resistant to thermal shock and corrosion. It is also lightweight and easy to handle and install.
